Training Tracks — Investing, Restructuring, and Investment Banking — are reserved for first-year members until they complete the recruiting process. Once recruiting concludes, the next cohort of first-years will begin preparation through the program. Pitch pods are open to the entire club.

Although we encourage a background in finance, we aim to admit students who are driven, curious, and have the desire to become successful.

The first round consists of a written application, followed by two rounds of interviews with leadership members.
