Adam Li

Adam is studying Economics. He is the President and Head of Investing for UCG. He previously interned at BlackRock in their Global Products Solutions group. This coming summer, he will be joining Bain Capital in their Global Special Situations group. In his free time, Adam enjoys watching Formula 1, cooking, and investing in public markets.

Emanuel Medows

Emanuel (Manny) is a second-year studying Economics. He is the Vice-President and Co-Head of Restructuring for UCG. Manny previously interned for Chicago Atlantic, an opportunistic private credit firm. This summer, he will be joining Canyon Partners focusing on credit, and next year he will be joining PJT in their Restructuring & Special Situations Group. In his free time, Manny enjoys reading in coffee shops, cycling, and backpacking.

Sahm is a second-year student from San Francisco studying Economics and Astrophysics. He serves as Co-Head of Restructuring at UCG and sits on the organization’s board. This past summer, he interned at Bastiat Partners, a Los Angeles-based investment bank, and he will be joining Ducera’s Restructuring & Liability Management group summer 2027. Outside of school, Sahm enjoys watching Formula 1 and playing guitar.

Matteo Aliboni

Matteo is a second-year from London studying Economics, with a double minor in History and Data Science. He is the Co-Head of Investment Banking for UCG. This past summer, he interned at Eighteen48 Partners, a family office, in their private equity branch. In 2027, Matteo will join Goldman Sachs in their Consumer and Retail Investment Banking Team. Outside of finance and academic, Matteo loves playing electric guitar and tennis.

Thomas Heath

Thomas is a second-year from New York studying Economics and Cognitive Science. He serves as Co-Head of Investment Banking at UCG. This past summer, he interned at A&E Real Estate, a Real Estate Private Equity firm based in New York City. This summer, he will be joining Bayview Asset Management, focusing on generalist private equity, and next summer he will be joining Morgan Stanley. In his free time, Thomas enjoys fly fishing, trying new restaurants, and walking his dog in Central Park.

Co-Head of Investment Banking

Lauren is a second-year studying Molecular Engineering and Economics. She is the club’s Head of Research. She previous worked as an undergrad research in the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering studying Quantum Materials. Additionally, she worked as an R&D researcher at KYAN Technologies. She is an incoming equity research analyst at LifeSci Capital covering Biopharm, and will join Perella Weinberg’s Healthcare group summer 2027.
